Party Theme Options
Nature Nest themed parties are designed to spark imagination, creativity, and connection through play. Each theme offers thoughtfully curated, sensory-rich activities that invite children to explore, create, move, and pretend in ways that feel natural and joyful. Rather than structured games or rigid schedules, our themes support open-ended, child-led play.
Children are free to engage at their own pace—watching, participating, switching activities, or taking breaks as needed—within a calm, inclusive environment.From imaginative dramatic play and creative art experiences to sensory exploration and movement-based play, each Nature Nest theme is grounded in developmentally appropriate, OT-informed principles that support regulation, social interaction, and confidence.
We will provide suggestions, or ideas based of your child's interests.
How to Book a Party!
Step 1: Choose Your Party Package

Step 2: Submit a Party Request

Complete our online Party Request Form with your preferred date, package, theme, and estimated guest count.
Step 3: Secure Your Date

Once availability is confirmed, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date. You will receive a payment link via email to complete the deposit.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking for any reason, the deposit will not be returned.

Your party date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Remaining Balance will be due 7 days prior to the party
Step 4: Review & Sign

You’ll receive a Party Contract & Payment Policy to review and sign prior to your event. Final Payment is Due 7 days prior to the party.

A final head count is due 72 hours prior to the party.
